Not a commitment to lend
Information on this site is for general education and is not an offer, a commitment to lend or a loan approval. All loans are subject to credit approval, property eligibility, income and identity verification, and program guidelines that can change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify.
HELOC
A home equity line of credit is secured by your home; failure to repay could result in foreclosure. Line amounts, rates, fees (including origination fees) and terms vary by program and borrower and are disclosed in your loan documents. Timelines such as same-day decisions or funding within days are possible for some eligible borrowers but are not guaranteed. Appraisal requirements depend on the line amount, property and program.
DSCR investment property loans
DSCR loans are business-purpose loans for non-owner-occupied investment properties only and are not for personal, family or household use. For some eligible loans under $400,000, a program may use an automated valuation model instead of a traditional appraisal and an electronic lien search instead of a traditional title insurance policy. An appraisal, title policy or additional documentation may still be required. Loans of $400,000 or more follow standard appraisal and title requirements.
