What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, city, interest and message. Our host, Netlify, processes form submissions and may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request and help with your loan inquiry. We do not sell your information. Information you provide in a loan application is handled under NEXA Lending's privacy practices and applicable law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.

By submitting the form you agree that Jason Gray may contact you about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time.
